Air Drop is an item that allows one to breath underwater and therefore explore underwater areas. It has appeared in Atelier Viorate: The Alchemist of Gramnad 2, Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland, Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey and Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy.

Air Drops can be used to cross water obstacles such as rivers and/or explore underwater areas.
Atelier Rorona[]

The recipe book containing the recipe for Air Drops can be purchased from Pamela's shop during Assignment 6. Air Drops allow Rorona to breath underwater at Nabel Lake, allowing access to the Lost City. Air Drops can also be registered at Tiffani's shop using Wholesale.
Air Drops are required to make Dark Water.
Esty may request Air Drops at the Castle as one of the Front Quests starting from Assignment 8 with the added bonus condition of the "Boost" quality. Cole may also request Air Drops as one of his Friend Quests.
Atelier Firis[]
Air Drops recipe will be unlocked after a certain event following Ren Breitner's storyline. In order to unlock that event, Liane's storyline has to be finished (which means defeating a level 50 boss). Upon obtaining the Air Drops, underwater areas will be accessible.
