The Arls National Mine is a location in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.
The mine was once closed down by the King, but once it's discovered by Meruru, she can ask Rufus about redeveloping the area again. There are a number of development quests to do in the area before the mine is completely restored including clearing the area of monsters, using explosives to expand the area, and bringing a variety of items to assist the mine workers.
