Cotton Flower is a material found in Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland, Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland and Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.

Atelier Rorona

"A plant with cotton balls that look like clouds. There are different kinds of Cotton Flowers. The one in the picture is called the Altocumulus Cotton Flower."

Used to make Balbomb. They are somewhat rare as they can only be gathered from the Traveler's Way. Cordelia will ask for two Cotton Flowers as one of the castle Front Quests anonymously. This request must be completed in order to complete Cordelia's events and get more of her requests.

It is also used in creating the Handmade Instrument, a special key item required for a character ending. 

Atelier Totori

Cotton Flower can be used to make Nylonfeather.

Atelier Meruru

Cotton Flower is very commonly found primarily at Hart Outpost. It is a versatile item to use in synthesis as it belongs to many different categories.

It can be used to make Polywool which is used to make accessories and armor. They are also used to create Bunny Tails.
