The Goddess Statue is a piece of development equipment in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.
Development equipment carries over to subsequent play throughs, so if the statue remains equipped, starting a new game with "new game plus" will allow the player to have it equipped automatically from the game's beginning.
Equipping it will allow Meruru's popularity to rise or decline, depending on the quality and traits when synthesized. The three possibilities are bad, good and wonderful rumors.
