Katla Larchica is a supporting character in Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky and Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea.
Katla is a cheerful and smart girl selling items in in front of her home in the town area. By chance she made acquaintances with Escha and Logy through business. Her parents managed a general store in the past, but after a mistake within the management they gave up. Katla has now taken up business instead of her parents, and dreams that one day the general store will be revived.[1]
It's possible for the player to buy items from Katla's shop (located in "Urban Areas"). Katla is also available as a playable character through purchase of downloadable content.

Atelier Shallie[]
Katla is a shopkeeper who the player can buy items from. She asks Shallistera and Shallotte for help with her money making schemes on several occasions. Shallotte's mother, Nady Elminus, buys increasingly expensive wares from Katla's shop, until Shallotte decides to face Katla and get her money back. Most of the items that Katla sells are worthless, so it's unknown if she makes much of a profit.
Katla also views Rosemia as a rival because of the cheap prices in her shop.
