Klara Barbier is a supporting character appearing in Atelier Viorate: The Alchemist of Gramnad 2.
Klara is the granddaughter of Karrote Village's village headman, Eugen Barbier, who also has assigned her as the prize for the most successful participant of the auction. This infuriated her to learn of at first, but she soon came to accept it since her dream is to get married. However, she did worry that she may end up with a middle-aged man rather than someone more desirable.
Klara likes the flower narcissus and enjoys playing with the village children. Singing is a talent of hers, but she is rather tone deaf, and is thus bad at it. She also dislikes snakes.
Role[]
Klara can be invited to the party or be hired as a clerk. As a clerk for Viorate's shop, she costs 100 cole per month to hire.[1] If she is still employed at the store past her 3 month employment period, she will keep the shop open.[2] She provides a discount on items and will help Viorate's reputation improve.[3] She also has a skill which will make buying items much cheaper when shopping if she is in the party.
Klara can also visit Viorate's shop, Violaden, as a customer. Klara has a lot of money, and finds rarity to be important when considering a purchase. She gravitates toward buying food and daily necessities.
Battle[]
Klara can be recruited to the party early on in the game and will start at level 1. She also costs nothing to hire.[4] She can equip clothes and dresses as armor and dusters as a weapon. [5]
