The Magic Sword is a synthesized attack item in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.
When in the basket, Meruru can use the magic sword to attack a single target in battle. It does no elemental damage, but does fairly effective physical damage. It is a good choice of attack item, as it one of the better items that Meruru is able to make around level 25.
Using Magic Swords in battle is also required for one of Meruru's royal tasks in order to get development points.
Totori will often request these at tavern as one of her friendship requests.
