  • Hi, If you may noticed, the tabbers on this wiki does not function well and I figured what the problem might be. The administrator has to remove the tabber in common.js to make it fully functional again.

I will leave a message to the admin to remove it and await when the page will be reviewed again and it will be live. I left this message to let you know the issue of the tabber problem this wiki has.

  • Hi Feinoha,

Thanks for all your hard work. You've been contributing far me than me lately. So I thought I'd give thanks by giving you a few extended privileges. I've added rollback and user rights management. This way, if you're editing and you see somebody vandalizing the wikia, you can easily rollback their edits without having to contact an admin or do it manually. If you see fit, you can also ban or time out users who continue to troll or be abusive (again, without having to contact an admin). I'm not sure if you want this responsibility or not, but I thought I would offer them to you anyways. I trust in you fully and appreciate the time you put into the wiki. Cheers!

  • Hello, I have noticed you have reverted my edit on the article Plachta, and was wondering why I need to discuss to change the layout style of an article. Most other articles do not have bold text in their header and as well, I cannot trace back an discussion were administrators or contributors came to such an agreement. Further, I followed the style guide and it doesn't mention something like that as well.

I feel the revert is unjust as there is no references about that style. But, you've been longer around the wiki and thus know much more when that style was in motion or anything, so there's no point to argue. If I cannot trace back the style then with who do I have to discuss the style changing with. Coukd you tell me who?

    • So, you'd like to change it so that Role is in a large bold heading, and then the games they appear in are in a smaller heading underneath? Similar to how Totori's or Sterk's page is? If that's my understanding, that seems like a very reasonable change if that's what wants to be done. I'd only object to large changes, such as the infoboxes, how articles are laid out (I like Role, Weapons, Skills, Endings, Gallery, etc in a set order that looks uniform across all pages).

Thanks for bringing the style guide to our attention too. I'm sure that needs some looking at and updating as well. Thank you for editing and contributing to the wikia. I've been really busy with other wikias, so I haven't been here much. Whoops. I appreciate asking for my input though. ^_^

    • Feinoha wrote: Yep the older article looks better since like you implied the Role in seems to just be redundant. I've already removed this on Sophie's page.

Edit: I've also informed the wiki's admin of our plans, just in case they might object. Perhaps we should wait a few days to give the admin a chance to respond before implementing the change in full force?

Indeed, it really felt that way. The older articles make it feel more organized than the newer articles. Sophie's article does look much cleaner.

Yes, for us it seems a bit more organized rather giving them their own headers. I am not planning to make major changes like that on the wiki. But if I do have an idea, I will let you and Feinoha know about it.

That is not a problem. I was a bit confused that it some articles differs from the policy. If an update is required than it really helps newcomers on this wiki. The pleasure is all mines to edit on this wiki, as stated if there is anything on this wiki about changes, we will inform you about it.

  • What did you mean by " We should wait for the official romanization of the game's title." On the logo, they've romanized it as "Lydie & Soeur." LSlogo

  • Sorry you keep having to fix some of my spacing issues. I'll try and be more careful, sometimes I'm only looking at the most obvious things. The question is why does it matter where the }} goes at the end of the template, whether it be at the end of the word or on the next line?

You can fix whatever it is that you'd like, I'm just curious. Seems to be a lot of work for something small that's not even really an "error" per say. I also haven't been italicizing the - "Atelier ___ Description" part in the quotes, since the quote is already italicized and that's just how the template makes it. Just thought I'd mention that/my reasoning since I've been doing it that way for a long time and there might be a lot of things to fix if that's the case. But, I'll start doing it that way from here on forward.

    • The "formatting" of the templates "one per line" including the }} is just something I'm particular about. To (me) it makes the page a little bit easier to read when editing it. :)

  • Sorry for bothering you again;

I noticed Template:AMS didn't have a convenient navbar so editors can go straight to the template without typing its address, as well as some minor stylistic flaws like not centering some text and having names get cut off between two lines instead of being on their own lines.

Since the admins here aren't very active from what I've seen, I'd like your opinion on whether Template:AMSS should replace it. After some changes to the .css, it'll look a lot better. Thanks for reading.

    • AMSS looks better. The name doesn't make much sense... couldn't we just copy the code from AMSS and put into the AMS template? Wouldn't that be the same instead of making an entirely new template?

    • That's what I was planning on doing; I was hesitant of completely scrapping the old template content out of the blue without anyone's awareness, though.

  • Hey; no one else seems to be active here and there isn't something like an IRC or wikia chat to wait in, so I'll post here in hopes of a meaningful reply.

I'm working on numerous things across Wikipedia, and it's really damned annoying that the English side doesn't have a page for the Salburg or Gramnad games (The JP side has some problems too, but I can't really fix that). I was wondering if you knew any particularly reliable sites for information on those first five games; I know plenty about them and have played through the first two, but I need citations.

I realize those games haven't been localized, but plenty of titles (like those in the Tales series) have, and I'm pretty annoyed these aren't receiving attention.

Thanks in advance; maybe I'll have time to seriously contribute here once my health recovers.
