Mushroom Pie is a synthesized healing item in Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland and Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.
Atelier Rorona[]

The recipe for Mushroom Pie is unlocked automatically after Rorona synthesizes a Cabbage Pie at a quality of 80 or higher. Making every pie at a quality of 80+ is required for the "Pie Shop" ending.
It can be used to revive a moderate amount of HP inside and outside of battle. Esty may request these at the castle as one of the available Front Quests. Because it is a food item, it can be registered at the Sunrise Cafe using the wholesale option.
Atelier Meruru[]

The Mushroom Pie is made with special mushrooms found around Arls and is especially delicious. It is a more effective healing item than some of the early game items such as the Healing Salve and Homemade Pie. The ingredients needed for it are readily available from areas near to Arls, making it a good choice of healing item during the game's earlier stages.
Meruru will need to make 5-10 mushroom pies for one of the Chims at Pamela's shop in order to get the Chims to work during "Chim Support 2". It will increase the amount of stock at Pamela's store. Rufus will also frequently request them as a friendship request at the tavern.
