Neige Chintreuil is a character in Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings.
She is said to be the alchemist to first draw a "Mysterious Painting" and create the World of the Painting. She is calm and mature but pessimistic about adult society and hopes to be a child forever. Neige was also the alchemist who sealed Falgior in the past. She now resides in the Frozen Palace painting as her child self.

Upon entering the Frozen Palace, Neige tries to force the Twins to leave, as she wishes to be in solitude forever. Lydie then finds a way to try and solve this problem, by trying to becoming her friend. When the Twins want to play with Neige, she gives them three games to choose from: Play Tag, Play House, or to Paint. If the option to paint is chosen, then Neige will then give a Broken Rainbow Pallet to the Twins, a device that is required in order to weaken Falgior.
