Ointment Water is a material found in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.
They are mainly found at Quelei Forest, but there's also a chance to randomly find them in the Endless Corridor. You will most likely gather this as part of taking water samples from Quelei Forest during development. Alternatively, they can be purchased from Astrid's shop in Arls.
They can be used to create Secret Remedys and Talisman Nets.
