The Rich Soil is a synthesized item in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.

Rich Soil is needed in development quests during a few different points in the game. The first is during the last stage of development at Handel Forest. During the Handel Forest IV development quest, Meruru must make and deliver soil in order to make the land more fertile.

During the development of Yuvel, Meruru will need to make and deliver soil as part of the Yuvel I development quest. They require Tonics to make, which should be noted, as Tonics are also required to be delivered alongside the soil during the Handel Forest development.

It is required to make the Mystical Garden.
