Southern Ruins is a location in Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky.
Description[]
The Southern Ruins are ruins located south of Colseit. By the time of Atelier Escha & Logy, they have been recently discovered, so not much is known about them. Like other ruins, they are filled with slags.
Story[]
Escha and Logy's second assignment involves investigating these ruins and meeting with an specialist from Central City there. In the ruins, they see a woman (Threia) arguing with two men (Reyfer and Harry). Unable to tell which one is the specialist, the player will be allowed to choose who to follow.
The area is revisited during seventh assignment, where a request to exterminate a large slag is made. Two areas become available, being the slag in the deepest one. When they defeat it, they discover a Lithograph Fragment in the area.

- Ruins Courtyard: sector is extremely weathered.
- Ruins Altar: interior used to enshrine something. Unlocked in Assignment 7.
- Crumbling Altar: the deepest part of the ruins. Unlocked in Assignment 7.
