Victory Charm is an accessory in Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland.

A charm that increases the chances of a rare drop when an enemy is defeated. In addition, it also increases the chances of dropped items having a higher quality.

The recipe book containing the Victory Charm recipe can be purchased from Hagel at the Beefy Weapon Shop from the start of Assignment 9.
