The Wintry Ravine is a location in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland.
By developing the area around Trombe Plateau, Meruru is able to access this area. By defeating all the enemies on the map during the Luminous Path development quest, Meruru will gain access to the Luminous Cave.
